I'm on caffeine withdrawals. Super sleepy. Haven't had caffeine since Sunday. Trying to cut back on the soda intake.

  1. It's usually a problem when you start to get headaches. So far you should be doing well. Cutting out soda is huge. Read some articles on the chemicals in soda. Most people never have any idea what soda does to you...even if it's diet. I probably have 1 diet soda/week and try to have no more than that. I'd rather not have any. Once you don't have any for a while, you don't miss it!
