It's usually a problem when you start to get headaches. So far you should be doing well. Cutting out soda is huge. Read some articles on the chemicals in soda. Most people never have any idea what soda does to you...even if it's diet. I probably have 1 diet soda/week and try to have no more than that. I'd rather not have any. Once you don't have any for a while, you don't miss it!

I decided to partake on this project because of my cousin. She has an inspiring blog of her own food journey (www.lovemefit.com) and I thought it might be an interesting way to start mine. I am not overweight, but I do need to eat healthier. I'm not putting myself on a strict diet or even an exercise plan though, but will leave room for it in the future. I'm just interested to see how this goes!
GOAL: My goal is to eat healthier, be more conscientious of what I'm eating and also be in a 16-1800 calories range.
